Although the level of sexual urge usually drops in pregnant women, it is still a good thing to have sex in pregnancy, provided it is done the right way. Here, are great sex positions for pregnant women who still want to keep their sense of sexuality.
For most pregnant women, the following great sex techniques should be alright:

THE WOMEN SHOULD LIE ON HER BACK ON A BED WITH HER LEGS TWISTED ROUND THE WAIST OF THE MAN. THE MAN STANDS BEFORE HER TO MAKE HIS THRUSTS.

 THE MAN MAY DO IT IN A PRESS-UP STYLE TO AVOID RESTING ON HER PROTRUDED BELLY. He will have to rest on his hands or elbows so that he won’t put pressure on the woman’s belly. This style requires a lot of energy from the man. His hands may get strained, thereby causing a sort of interference with his concentration on enjoying the sexual intercourse. Also, he will not be able to stimulate the pregnant woman during coitus.

THE WOMAN WILL ALSO BE COMFORTABLE IF SHE IS ON TOP. She controls the angle of penetration as well as the depth of the thrusting. Reaching orgasm is majorly dependent upon her performance. It has been found out that this position is one of the best for women. The sex technique gives room to direct stimulation of their clitoris.

Be careful if you want to engage in oral sex. It is risky because blowing air into the vagina can lead to a complication called at embolism. That is an important warning for couples who engage in oral sex.

This has something to do with the life spans of the female egg and the male sperm. Once an egg is released from the ovary - a stage also known as ovulation - it begins its path down the fallopian tube to the uterus. A released egg typically survives for only 24 hours, while a sperm can last anywhere from three to five days in the female body. As such, the egg has to be as close to the egg as possible so they can meet and join before the egg dies.


While not a lot of people will agree that the sexual positions have anything to do with getting pregnant, the logical inference is that it makes sense to assume the position that can help the sperm meet the egg in the shortest possible time.


This is especially true when for couples who have problems or difficulty conceiving. Having said this, the first "best position to get pregnant" tip is to avoid positions that least expose the cervix to the male sperm, and that generally defy gravity such as sex while standing up, sitting down, or with the woman on top. When trying to conceive, it is best to limit the amount of sperm that flows back out of the vagina.

The woman's hips should also be positioned in such a way that the sperm released is kept inside, giving it enough time to swim up to the female cervix.


Consider the following positions instead:


1. The missionary position. Or man-on-top is said to be the position that's best for getting pregnant. This is because this particular position allows for the deepest possible penetration, making it possible for the sperm to get deposited closest to the cervix.

2. Raise the hips. Elevating the hips, which can be done by placing a pillow behind her, can also be helpful because this exposes the female cervix to as much semen as the male can release.


3. Doggy-style. The rear-entry position where the man enters the woman from behind is also a recommended position. In this position, sperm is also deposited closest to the cervix, thereby helping increase the chances of conception.


4. Side-by-side. You can also try having intercourse while lying side by side. This position likewise causes the most exposure of the cervix to the male sperm.


5. Orgasms. Finally, while this has nothing to do with sexual positions, there are also researches that suggest the importance of the female orgasm in conceiving. According to studies, female orgasm leads to contractions that could push sperm up into the cervix.

Josep Maria Minguella has claimed that Lionel Messi's father told him that the Barcelona forward was not fit for the first leg of his side's Champions League semi-final clash with Bayern Munich.

The Argentine's participation in the Allianz Arena clash had been in doubt right up until just a couple of hours before kick-off, with the 25-year-old having failed to feature for the Blaugrana in all but one game since sustaining a hamstring injury against Paris Saint-Germain on April 2.

The Catalans eventually slumped to a 4-0 loss, with Messi putting in a disappointing performance and Minguella believes he was not fit enough to feature.

"His father told me at lunch that he was not able to play," the agent-turned-pundit is quoted as saying by Marca.

Barcelona will be hoping that Messi is fully fit when they meet Bayern again in the second leg at Camp Nou on May 1 as they look to produce an unlikely comeback.

Barcelona travel to Athletic Bilbao on Saturday.

LIVERPOOL STRIKER LUIS SUAREZ HAS BEEN SUSPENDED FOR 10 GAMES

Liverpool striker Luis Suarez has been suspended for 10 games for violent conduct after biting Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic, the Football Association have confirmed.

The Uruguayan was captured by TV cameras biting into the defender's arm in the second half of the two sides' 2-2 draw at Anfield, before later going on to seal the injury-time equaliser.

Suarez accepted the charge on Tuesday, but rejected the FA's notion that a three-game ban should be deemed insufficient and has until midday on April 26 to appeal the decision - with Liverpool managing director Ian Ayre expressing his and the club's "shock and disappointment" at the ban.

The striker is currently set to miss Liverpool's four remaining Premier League games - including the visit of rivals Everton on May 5 - and the Reds' opening six games of the 2013-14 season.

The FA statement read: "Luis Suarez has been suspended for a total of 10 matches after an Independent Regulatory Commission today ruled on a charge of violent conduct.

"A three-person Independent Regulatory Commission today upheld The FA’s claim that a suspension of three matches was clearly insufficient and the player will serve a further seven first-team matches in addition to the standard three. The suspension begins with immediate effect."

This is the second time Suarez has been handed a lengthy ban during his 27-month stay at Anfield after being suspended for eight games after being found guilty of racially abusing Patrice Evra last season.

The Uruguayan also received a seven-game ban in November 2010 for biting PSV midfielder Otman Bakkal while at Ajax.

Housewife Dies During Sex With Neighbour, Who Is Also A Married Man

The price for adultery is fatal when one considers what happened recently in Badagry area Lagos State, where a housewife died during sex with their neighbour, who is also a married man.

On the fateful day, 48-year old Lawrence Chukwuma from Anambra State, southeast Nigeria, reportedly woke up early and pretended that he was going to pursue his business but later came back to sleep with Lucy when his own wife and Lucy’s husband, his close neighbour, had gone out.

Chukwuma landed in trouble after Lucy, a 24-year-old woman, died in the process. According to PM News, while Chukwuma and Lucy were having the best of time, she suddenly started breathing heavily and became unconscious.

Before Lucy was taken to hospital, she had already died and the doctors merely confirmed her dead. The sad incident happened at 2nd Avenue, in the Oke-Morosun Magbon area of Badagry.

Lucy's has been deposited at the Badagry General Hospital for autopsy. 

Chukwuma who already has three kids with his wife, was arrested by the police and charged before an Ebute Meta Magistrate’s court for causing Lucy’s death through unlawful carnal knowledge.

The court has remanded Chukwuma to be remanded in prison custody at Ikoyi pending the outcome of the autopsy report and DPP’s advice.

Right engine of British Airways plane stops working before take-off at Abuja Airport

I got calls this morning from a few LIB readers inside a British Airways flight at the Abuja International Airport. They told me that the BA 8:30 flight to London was preparing to take off when the right engine of the plane just stopped working. They heard a noise and then smoke. The plane had to be towed back to the tarmac.

As at the last time I spoke with one of them, engineers were trying to fix the engine. I even heard the pilot making an announcement. They are not sure if the flight will continue or if it will be cancelled, but they are all still inside the plane at the moment. BA has been given 40 minutes to fix the engine or the flight will be cancelled...for safety reasons. Will keep you guys updated.

Younger brother of (NNPC) Group Managing Director, murdered by unknown gunmen in Kaduna this morning.

According to SaharaReporters, the younger brother of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Group Managing Director, Engr. Andrew La'ah Yakubu was gruesomely

murdered by unknown gunmen in Kaduna this morning.

The gun men in conjunction with their collaborators reportedly trailed the GMD's younger brother from Kaduna town as he set off to Southern Kaduna to attend a funeral in Zangon Kataf local government area of the state.

The deceased was traveling with his wife and little girl before they were ambushed in the middle of the road around Kachia local government area, the fate of the other occupants in his car remains unknown.
